As a Retail Sales Executive/Counter Sales Executive at our Digha (Midnapore) location, your role will involve interacting with customers and providing exceptional service. Your key responsibilities will include: - Expertly handling customer inquiries and providing assistance - Demonstrating expertise in retail sales techniques - Utilizing strong communication skills to convey product information effectively - Demonstrating a passion for working in the sales field To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Minimum qualification of 10th pass or above - Experience ranging from 3 months to 2 years In addition to the above, you will enjoy the following benefits: - Monthly salary ranging from 12k to 15k in hand - Performance-based incentives of up to 4k - Working hours totaling 8 hours per day, from 10 AM to 6 PM, with 6 days of work per week and Sundays off - Eligibility for PF and ESIC benefits Join our team and leverage your expertise in customer handling and retail sales to contribute to our success.,
