The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting the right tiles and sanitaryware products and ensure a smooth in-store experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom Explain features, quality, and pricing of various tile and sanitary products Help customers make purchasing decisions based on their needs Coordinate with the inventory team to check product availability Generate quotations and manage basic billing tasks Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales area Build long-term customer relationships and handle queries professionally Skills Required: Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic product knowledge in tiles, marble, sanitary ware Sales or customer handling experience in retail Confidence and enthusiasm for product demonstrations Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets Preferred Candidate Titles: Retail Sales Associate Inside Sales Executive Category Operations Executive Telesales Representative Retail Assistant
