RETAIL SALES EXECUTIVE

As a Direct Sales Executive (Retail) at our company, your role will involve reaching out to potential customers, pitching our products, and closing sales deals directly. You will be responsible for presenting, promoting, and collecting maximum sales orders using solid arguments. Additionally, you will need to develop and maintain positive business and customer relations while coordinating with the sales team and efforts of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Reach out to potential customers, pitch products, and close sales deals directly - Present, promote, and collect maximum sales orders using solid arguments - Develop and maintain positive business and customer relations - Coordinate with the sales team and sales efforts of the company Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in field sales preferred - Willingness to travel to assigned territory - Two-wheeler license - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Self-driven to achieve sales targets - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing field preferred In addition to the above requirements, you should have a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and be located in Trivandrum, Kerala (preferred). The job type is full-time with a day shift schedule. Performance bonuses are also available.
