Retail sales executive

We are hiring a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executive for our retail outlet located in Gariahat . The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, showcasing the product range, and converting them into buyers. This role demands excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers entering the showroom.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.
• Demonstrate product features, availability, and pricing.
• Maintain cleanliness, stock display, and merchandise arrangement.
• Handle billing, POS machine, and payment processes.
• Keep track of inventory and coordinate restocking.
• Meet daily/weekly sales targets.
• Provide after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
