The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting curtains, sofas, and other home décor items, ensuring a high-quality shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in the showroom. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals. Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Handle billing and basic POS operations. Achieve daily/weekly sales targets. Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service. Requirements: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. Experience in retail sales or home décor (preferred but not mandatory). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team and handle customers politely. Basic computer or billing software knowledge.
