Greet and assist customers in a professional, warm, and engaging manner. Understand customer needs and recommend products that suit their preferences and budget. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Ensure excellent visual merchandising and store presentation standards. Manage stock levels, inventory, and replenishment. Maintain detailed knowledge of products, promotions, and collections. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle customer queries and resolve complaints with empathy and professionalism. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
