Retail Sales Associate (Preferred North East Candidates)

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage with walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable jewellery options.
• Build lasting customer relationships by delivering excellent service and personalized attention.
• Consistently achieve individual and showroom sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across all jewellery collections and guide customers with confidence.
• Coordinate with inventory and back-office teams to ensure product availability and smooth order processing.
• Support showroom display, product presentation, and overall store upkeep to enhance customer experience.
• Manage customer follow-ups for after-sales service, repeat business, and referrals.
• Share customer insights and market feedback with management to help shape business strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 year of retail sales experience (jewelery/ luxury retail preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive selling skills.
• Smart, presentable, and professional with a customer-first attitude.
• Target-driven, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
• Basic commerce knowledge preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
