Job Description

As a customer follow-up representative, your role involves following up with customers both online and through direct visits to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns. Your key responsibilities include: - Conducting regular follow-ups with customers to ensure their satisfaction and promptly address any issues that may arise. - Providing assistance and guidance to customers regarding products or services to enhance their overall experience. - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure effective communication and service delivery. In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, the following qualifications are required for this role: - Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, and Freelance job types are available for this position. - The contract length for this role is 1 month. - Cell phone reimbursement is provided as a benefit. - Paid sick time and paid time off benefits are available for employees. - The work schedule is during the day shift. - Performance bonus, shift allowance, and yearly bonus are offered to employees. - Day shift availability is preferred for this role.
