As a customer follow-up representative, your role involves following up with customers both online and through direct visits to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns. Your key responsibilities include: - Conducting regular follow-ups with customers to ensure their satisfaction and promptly address any issues that may arise. - Providing assistance and guidance to customers regarding products or services to enhance their overall experience. - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
