Retail Sales Assistant

You are the perfect fit for the position of Retail Sales Assistant if you are friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented. Your primary responsibilities will include welcoming and assisting customers in the store, understanding their needs, and guiding them with product choices. You will also be responsible for maintaining product displays, shelves, and overall store cleanliness, supporting billing and POS operations, keeping track of stock levels, and helping with restocking. Additionally, you will manage fitting rooms, provide basic product information to customers, assist with store promotions and daily tasks, and handle customer queries while escalating issues when needed.
