Retail Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement:
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Understand customers' needs and preferences to guide them in their fashion choices.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Product Knowledge:
• Stay informed about current fashion trends, styles, and product offerings.
• Provide detailed information about product features, materials, and care instructions.
• Make personalized product recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Sales and Revenue Generation:
• Actively engage in upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Visual Merchandising:
• Assist in maintaining a visually appealing and organized sales floor.
• Ensure that merchandise is appropriately displayed and effectively promotes the latest trends.
• Stock Management:
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves.
• Report product feedback and customer preferences to management.
• Customer Service:
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally and promptly.
• Handle customer feedback positively and contribute to a positive shopping experience.
• Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve overall store goals.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Promotions and Events:
• Promote and participate in sales events, promotions, and product launches.
• Contribute ideas for sales initiatives to drive store traffic.
