• Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction: Greeting customers, assisting with product selection, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
• Sales Transactions: Processing payments, handling returns, and managing the cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Stock Management: Restocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
• Store Maintenance: Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and safe for customers.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, assisting with inventory counts, and potentially placing orders for new stock.
• Loss Prevention: Being observant of the sales floor and reporting suspicious activity.
• Promotional Activities: Informing customers about sales, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Problem Solving: Handling customer and concerns, escalating to management when necessary. Skills and Qualifications:
