Retail Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Greeting customers, answering questions about products, helping them locate items, and providing advice on product use.

Processing purchases and returns, handling payments, and managing the cash register and other Point-of-Sale systems.

Arranging merchandise on the sales floor, creating attractive visual displays, and ensuring products are clearly positioned.

Monitoring stock levels, receiving and checking new stock, restocking shelves, and organizing the stockroom.

Ensuring the retail space is clean, tidy, and well-maintained to provide a pleasant shopping environment.

Handling customer complaints, issues, and queries professionally.

Maintaining a strong understanding of the store's products and services to assist customers effectively and drive sales.

Working with other team members to monitor inventory, support sales, and achieve store targets.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
