Retail Sales Assistant

As a retail sales associate, your primary responsibility will be to greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. You will be expected to answer customer queries, provide accurate product information, and handle cash transactions using the cash register. Maintaining proper inventory levels, restocking shelves, and arranging merchandise displays to attract customers are also key duties in this role. Furthermore, you will be required to recommend and upsell products to customers to maximize sales, ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-presented, and promote sales and special offers to increase customer engagement. Working towards achieving sales targets and KPIs, as well as collaborating with the team to achieve overall store goals, will be essential for success in this position. Ideally, you should have previous experience in retail sales or customer service, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and knowledge of sales techniques and product promotion. The ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment is also essential. This is a full-time position with benefits such as food provided, health insurance, and provident fund.
