Retail Sales Advisor

As a Pet Store Sales Associate, your role involves assisting customers with selecting pets, pet food, and related products. You will be responsible for meeting daily and monthly targets, educating customers on pet care, breeds, feeding, and products. Your duties also include ensuring the proper handling and care of live animals in the store, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of animal enclosures and display areas, restocking shelves, and ensuring products are well-presented. Additionally, you will support store promotions and seasonal sales campaigns, handle billing, basic customer service, and returns, and report customer feedback and stock issues to the store manager.
