Role Description *RECRUITMENT* *TEAM LEADING* This is a full-time remote role for Retail Partners at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance. The Retail Partners will be responsible for managing retail sales, providing product knowledge to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, and delivering top-notch customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include engaging with customers to understand their insurance needs, offering suitable product solutions, following up on leads, and maintaining records of all interactions. Qualifications Experience in Retail Sales and thorough Product Knowledge Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Excellent Communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in the insurance industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
