Retail Operations Head

As the Retail Operations Head for a reputed entertainment park in Bangalore, your primary focus will be on expanding the product line to drive non-ticket revenue growth. You will work closely with the Marketing Team to incorporate innovative ideas and strategies. Your key responsibilities will include developing seasonal and core product mixes, maintaining product development calendars for branded items, and collaborating with the Creative Team to design and procure apparel and merchandise. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from planning and purchasing to implementing sales strategies across the parks. In this role, you will analyze profitability, consolidate product needs, manage visual displays, and ensure optimal sales performance through promotions and cross-selling techniques. Additionally, you will be tasked with overseeing design and development processes to align with market demand and business strategy, all while maximizing revenue and enhancing the overall customer experience. Your expertise in Category Management, Product Development, Buying, Merchandising, Brand Management, and Retail Operations will be critical in driving the success of the retail division within the entertainment park.,
