Company Description Titas Footwear is a 35 year old company having 22 exclusive retail showrooms in West Bengal and a distribution network covering 10+ states. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Retail Merchandising Intern role located in Kolkata. The intern will be responsible for tasks related to retail sales, product knowledge, customer satisfaction, communication, and customer service on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications Retail Sales and Product Knowledge skills Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills Customer Service skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Pursuing or holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field This is a 6 months internship period, so candidates should apply accordingly.
