Job Description

You will be working as a GN Retail Consultant, Analyst at a Level 9/11 management level in locations like Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, or Gurgaon. Your primary focus will be on delivering strategic and operational consulting services to global retail clients, specifically in merchandise planning, supply chain planning, demand planning, replenishment, store operations, and space planning within grocery, fashion, and general merchandise segments. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth analysis of business processes and financial data to derive actionable insights, develop transformation roadmaps, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to create effective solutions. You will lead change initiatives that align with business objectives, engage stakeholders to drive adoption of solutions, establish credibility, and influence decision-making processes at various organizational levels. In addition to your core responsibilities, you are encouraged to have proficiency in R, Python, SAS, visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI, as well as data management tools like Alteryx, SQL, and MS Access. Your role will also involve showcasing thought leadership in the retail sector, managing proposals and business development activities, and effectively managing multiple priorities to ensure high-quality delivery within demanding, cross-functional environments.
