You will also be accountable for managing trims and accessories procurement to align with buyer preferences and quality standards. Maintaining seamless communication with the management team to enhance operational efficiency will be part of your daily tasks. Moreover, conducting production inspections to uphold quality standards and specifications will be crucial. You will also provide assistance to buyers during quality checks and inspections to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. In addition to the operational responsibilities, you will handle administrative duties such as managing emails, maintaining Excel sheets, and performing related tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential for effective buyer interactions. Proficiency in email and Excel handling, along with team coordination and collaboration abilities, is necessary to excel in this role. The ideal candidate should possess 1-5 years of relevant experience in merchandising or related roles and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
