Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and profitability. Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for business development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of merchandising plans. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate optimal prices and terms. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through networking and industry events. Job Requirements Proven experience in retail merchandising or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Strong understanding of the retail industry, including current trends and best practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
