Retail Management Trainee

As an intern at IDC Global Pvt Ltd, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of brands including Magari, Yavanika & Treelight Design. Magari & Yavanika stores are currently located in Bangalore and Hyderabad, each spanning over 10,000 sqft, with plans for further expansion nationwide. Magari specializes in retailing Furniture, Kitchens & Wardrobes, while Yavanika offers Fabric & Furnishings. Your key responsibilities will include: - Monitoring stock levels and making purchases - Assessing customer needs and providing information on product services and features - Driving retail processes with product knowledge and market-driven enthusiasm - Ensuring visual merchandising and store displays meet brand standards - Offering assistance and discussing available products and alternatives, including financing options - Cross-selling merchandise and services - Managing store operations, inventory, and other retail-related aspects Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's Degree This internship offers a stipend of 6000 and has a contract length of 6 months. The work schedule is set for the morning shift at the in-person work location.
