Job Description

Conduct classroom training on garment care, stain identification, chemical usage, fabric types, and customer interaction. Deliver practical, hands-on training in washing, dry cleaning, finishing/pressing, spotting, and packaging. Train staff on SOPs, hygiene standards, machine handling, and safety protocols. Support new store openings with on-site training and process orientation. Develop training manuals, videos, and job aids for use across locations. Evaluate trainee performance and provide regular feedback and skill assessments. Keep updated on latest laundry technologies and incorporate best practices into training. Coordinate with operations team to ensure consistent quality and service delivery.
