Retail Jewelry Greeter (Gobichettipalayam)

Job Summary:

The Greeter plays a vital role in providing an exceptional first impression to every customer entering the jewellery showroom. The role focuses on delivering a warm welcome, guiding customers to the right sales personnel, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant showroom experience. The Greeter reflects the brand’s elegance, professionalism, and customer-first values at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome every customer entering the showroom with a pleasant smile and respectful greeting.
• Offer refreshments or seating when required, ensuring comfort during wait times.
• Understand the customer’s purpose of visit and direct them to the appropriate sales executive or section (Gold, Diamond, Silver, Platinum, etc.).
• Inform customers about ongoing promotions, new collections, or festive offers.
• Maintain a professional and graceful demeanor consistent with jewellery showroom standards.
• Support in managing customer queues during peak hours and special events.
• Coordinate with the security and housekeeping team to ensure the entrance area is neat, safe, and appealing.
• Assist in organizing special events, customer engagement activities, and festive decorations at the entrance area.
• Handle initial customer queries politely and direct them to the concerned department.

• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and pleasant during busy hours.
• Basic understanding of jewellery categories and customer types (preferred).
• Fluency in local language; English knowledge is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

• Minimum: Graduate preferred (Any Degree).

Experience: 0–2 years in customer service, hospitality, or retail (jewellery experience preferred).

Note: Timing Will be 9.00 Am to 9.00 Pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
