Retail-Inventory Audit / STOCK Audit Executive/Team leader

As an experienced Stock Audit Team Leader/Executive with 4+ years of experience, your role will involve overseeing stock audit and inventory verification activities in stores and warehouses. You will be responsible for performing scanning and global counting activities, noting barcode locations, and ensuring proper handling and upkeep of merchandise during the process. Additionally, you will need to take appropriate assistance from housekeeping staff and dispatching team, and escalate relevant matters/issues to the Stock Auditor Manager or Store & Warehouse Supervisors. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct stock audit and inventory verification in stores and warehouses - Perform scanning and global counting activities, noting barcode locations - Ensure proper handling and upkeep of merchandise during audit - Take assistance from housekeeping staff and dispatching team as needed - Escalate relevant matters/issues to Stock Auditor Manager or Store & Warehouse Supervisors - Ensure compliance with PI schedule and activities - Coordinate with dispatch team for inwarding of goods received and outwarding of dispatches - Sample audit dispatches and coordinate with dispatch team for pending outwards - Ensure compliance with PI SOP for pre-stock take, stock take, and post-stock take activities Qualifications Required: - Attend and follow-up on store opening & closing inventories - Perform ad hoc inventory counts for store management changes - Minimum 1 year of working experience in a retail apparel & footwear multinational environment - Experience in working with retail, logistics, or warehouse industries is preferred If you are looking for a full-time role with a day shift schedule in Bangalore, specifically at Hebbal flyover and Kashi Nagar, then this opportunity could be the next step in your career.
