Job Description

Key Responsibilities : Accountable for developing and executing the organization-wide Performance Marketing and Customer Acquisition strategy, overseeing planning, budgeting, reporting, and execution across paid media channels Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aimed at driving conversions and increasing revenue. Responsible for driving growth and maximizing ROI through strategic management of biddable media. Own and deliver on user growth targets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and performance metrics. Establish and manage attribution models, multi-channel tracking, and quality control to ensure accurate performance measurement. Hands on experience in App installation campaign & Attribution Tools Develop a comprehensive performance reporting framework, including analytics and ROI tracking for mobile apps and digital channels, to continuously optimize marketing investments. Enhance marketing effectiveness through ongoing A/B testing, innovative strategies across various platforms, and the integration of new products/formats. Collaborate actively in co-creation and planning processes to drive impactful results. Tools: In- depth knowledge & experience of running Google Ads, Meta Ads, Twitter Ads and other paid channels. Well verse with Attribution tools: Appsflyer/Adjust & hands on experience in App Installation campaigns Exposure to CRM and automation tools will be a plus.
