Retail Executive- Indore

Role Overview: As a Retail Executive, your main responsibility will be to handle the sales and promotion of personal care and over-the-counter (OTC) products in retail stores in Indore, MP. This role will require you to visit retail shops regularly, ensure product availability, maintain relationships with shop owners, and work towards increasing sales. Key Responsibilities: - Visit multiple retail shops in Indore regularly to check product display and stock levels. - Promote products, explain features and benefits to shop owners and staff. - Ensure proper merchandising of products for better visibility to customers. - Monitor and achieve assigned monthly sales targets. - Collect and share feedback from retailers with the sales team. - Maintain accurate records of daily visits, sales, and orders. - Assist in launching and promoting new products in the market. - Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors. Qualifications: - Minimum qualification required is a Graduate degree. - Experience in sales or retail, especially in FMCG or personal care products, is an added advantage.
