The primary responsibility of the Tele Caller will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, healthcare professionals, and medical facilities to promote our products or services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to build rapport over the phone. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers, healthcare professionals, and medical facilities to generate leads and promote our products or services. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and promotional offers to potential customers, ensuring a clear understanding. Listen attentively to customers' needs, answer their queries, and provide accurate information about our products or services. ¢ Maintain a database of contacts, update customer records, and track call outcomes and customer feedback using a CRM system. ¢ Follow up on leads and inquiries received through various channels, such as email or website, to convert them into sales opportunities. ¢ Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts, share customer insights, and contribute to achieving sales targets. ¢ Meet or exceed assigned daily/weekly/monthly call targets and performance metrics, such as call volume, conversion rate, and revenue goals. ¢ Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department for resolution. ¢ Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate with customers.
