Retail Customer Advisor

Role Summary

We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Retail Customer Advisor. The role involves addressing customer queries and concerns, providing a high standard of service, and building lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and a genuine passion for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Collect customer feedback and relay insights to management to enhance service quality.
• Ensure smooth store operations by coordinating and cooperating with team members.
• Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, organization, and product displays.
• Provide support in achieving sales targets through effective customer engagement.
• Follow company guidelines and SOPs to ensure consistent customer service delivery.

Requirements / Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Prior experience in retail or sales is an advantage. Freshers with the right attitude and communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance, good manners, and a customer-friendly approach.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
