Job Description – Retail Cashier Company: Kramonde Home Décor & Gifts Position: Retail Cashier Location: Margao, Goa Responsibilities: Manage customer billing and ensure accuracy in cash, card, and UPI transactions Maintain daily sales and cash register records Handle customer queries at the billing counter with professionalism Assist in stock management, tagging, and display arrangements Ensure the billing area and store environment are clean and organized Support overall store operations when required Provide excellent customer service in line with Kramonde’s luxury brand standards Requirements: Female candidates preferred Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation is an added advantage) Prior retail/cashier experience is preferred but not mandatory Basic computer skills (MS Excel, billing/POS software) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented Work Schedule: Timing: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM Weekly Off: 1 Rotation off a week Perks & Benefits Growth opportunities within the company Work in a premium luxury retail environment
