Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Credit Card Sales Executive to promote and sell credit card products to potential customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for sales and customer service.Actively seek out potential customers to promote and sell credit card products. Conduct in-person or phone-based meetings with prospective clients in various settings (e.g., retail outlets, kiosks, corporate offices, events). Explain credit card features, benefits, and terms clearly to customers. Assist customers with the credit card application process and required documentation. Follow up on leads provided and generate new leads through referrals and field activity. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and applications. Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale to ensure client satisfaction. Stay up to date with product offerings, policy changes, and market trends.
