Experience Required: 6 months to 2 years in FMCG, Retail, or E-commerce (field role preferred)
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred but not mandatory)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and field-oriented Store Alliance Executive to join our team. The role involves daily market visits to onboard retail stores onto the Big Basket platform, ensure smooth activation, and maintain strong relationships with store partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily field visits to pitch Big Basket’s partnership model to retail store owners.
• Explain the benefits of the business model and drive sign-ups as per company guidelines.
• Handle basic documentation and partner agreements.
• Coordinate with internal teams (branding and operations) for seamless store activation.
• Ensure stores meet branding and display compliance standards.
• Maintain healthy partner relations and resolve day-to-day operational concerns.
• Monitor store performance and share insights with internal stakeholders.
• Submit regular reports and updates using the assigned systems or formats.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce field roles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable with daily fieldwork.
• Ability to manage store-level partnerships and resolve on-ground issues.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
