  • Conduct client consultations to understand career history, strengths, and aspirations.
  • Research job roles, industry trends, and employer expectations to tailor resume content effectively.
  • Ensure all resumes are formatted and optimized for

    Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  • Market clients strategically by highlighting achievements, measurable outcomes, and key skills.

Soft Skills Training & Assessment:

  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions on soft skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, time management, problem-solving, and workplace etiquette.
  • Conduct

    to evaluate and enhance client performance.
