Job Description

Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and guide them to their seats. Present menus and answer questions about dishes and drinks. Take orders accurately and efficiently, communicating with kitchen and bar staff. Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any concerns. Handle payments and provide change accurately. Serving Food and Beverages: Deliver food and drinks promptly and accurately to the correct tables. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables and bussing. Refill drinks and clear plates as needed. Ensure tables are set properly before guests arrive.
