Job Description

Role Overview: As a Restaurant Server, you will attend briefings before the restaurant opens, ensuring you are well-groomed and equipped for operations. Your main responsibilities will involve learning menu items, preparations, and presentations. You will be expected to complete mise en scne and mise-en-place, check equipment for maintenance, clean service items, stock service ware, lay table covers, fold napkins, greet guests, serve food and beverages, upsell, and supervise assistant waiters and trainees.
