We’re Hiring: Bar & Restaurant Steward – Smaaash Entertainment, Mumbai (Lower Parel)
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 (based on experience & interview)
Shift Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM OR 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Rotational Shifts)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week | 1 Rotational Off
Joining: Immediate
Age Limit: Up to 30 Years
About the Role:
We’re looking for energetic and customer-focused Bar & Restaurant Stewards to join our team at Smaaash Entertainment, Mumbai. If you have a passion for hospitality, enjoy engaging with guests, and thrive in a lively entertainment atmosphere, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise service staff and ensure smooth floor operations.
Greet and assist guests while maintaining high service standards.
Coordinate between kitchen, bar, and service teams for timely delivery.
Guide and train new stewards/waiters on service standards and etiquette.
Handle table allocations, reservations, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Upsell menu items, beverages, and promotions to boost sales.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and ambience in the service area.
Monitor service stock (cutlery, crockery, linen, etc.) and report shortages.
Address guest complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
Prepare shift reports and update the Manager on operations and staff performance.
