About the RoleWe are launching a premium fast-food brand focused on elevated flavours, consistency, and fast-paced but refined service. We are looking for a skilled Line Cook Level 1/2 who can execute recipes with precision, uphold high hygiene standards, and deliver fast yet premium-quality food consistently. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook menu items following established SOPs and recipes for consistency Manage prep work, portioning, organization, and stock rotation Execute food orders efficiently during peak rush hours while maintaining speed and quality Coordinate between kitchen tasks including: prep, cooking, plating, and working the cashier when required Maintain proper hygiene, sanitation, and food safety protocols at all times Operate equipment safely and responsibly Assist with inventory checks, daily mise-en-place, and closing/opening checklists Communicate effectively with team members and delivery aggregators when applicable Requirements2–4 years experience in a fast-food/QSR/modern kitchen environment Strong understanding of SOP-based cooking and portion control Ability to multitask across prep, cooking, service, and cashier operations English-speaking (basic to moderate) for communication with team and delivery partners Must be based in Mumbai and comfortable working in Kandivali East Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working weekends and peak-hour rush Passion for learning, adapting, and building a strong kitchen culture Who Will Succeed in This RoleSomeone who is: Calm under pressure and fast with their hands Detail-oriented with plating and portioning Consistent and disciplined Hungry to grow in a young but premium brand A team player rather than a "one-man show” What We OfferOpportunities to grow into supervisory and head cook roles A modern, respectful, structured kitchen culture Training in new systems, skills, and elevated fast-food cuisine
