Job Description

You will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and providing general customer service to ensure a positive dining experience. In addition, you will handle administrative tasks such as answering phones and coordinating with kitchen and serving staff. Your key responsibilities will include warmly welcoming guests, guiding them to their tables, and ensuring a positive first impression during guest reception. You will also be responsible for taking and recording reservations, managing table allocation, and effectively communicating with guests about their reservations. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as provided food, health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund.
