Restaurant Operations Executive

You will be responsible for managing the online food delivery platforms and social media presence for VJA Junction. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Manage and update menus, pricing, and item availability on Swiggy, Zomato, and other online ordering platforms daily. - Handle real-time dashboard operations including order tracking, customer queries, and offer management. - Coordinate with the kitchen and operations team to ensure accurate online representation of available items. - Plan, shoot, and edit photos/videos of food items, new menu launches, and store promotions. - Create and publish engaging posts on Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms on a regular schedule. - Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow the brand's digital presence. - Stay updated with trends in the food industry and apply them to improve our online reach. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Experience with Swiggy/Zomato dashboards or similar platforms preferred. - Basic photography and video editing skills (mobile or basic software is fine). - Strong communication skills in English and Telugu/Hindi. - Good sense of social media trends, reels, and timing. - Self-motivated and reliable with an eye for detail.
