Familiarity with restaurant management software, like PET POOJA & MICROSOFT EXCEL Strong leadership, motivational and people skills Food Bills and KOT Management Regularly review product quality and coordinate with vendors & orders Measure & Control food costs and identify measures to cut waste Train and supervise staff, manage work shifts of the employees Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations Follow company policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property, products and equipment Manage and operate Online Orders of Swiggy & Zomato Implement appropriate strategies to improve sales
