Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Executive at Travancore Court Hotel located in Cochin. The Restaurant Executive will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel's restaurant. Key responsibilities include ensuring food safety standards, delivering exceptional customer service, managing food and beverage services, conducting staff training sessions, and leading the team effectively.

Qualifications

• Food Safety and Food & Beverage management skills
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Experience in staff Training and Team Leadership
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is advantageous
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
