Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Restaurant Captain to join Live Kitchen Restaurant at Geetanjali Hospital, Udaipur. The ideal candidate will lead the service team, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, guide, and motivate the restaurant service team
• Welcome guests and ensure exceptional customer service
• Take and manage orders, coordinate with kitchen & bar
• Maintain service quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Assist in staff training and performance evaluation

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Captain or Supervisor in F&B
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong customer service mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of POS systems (preferred)
