Job Title: Restaurant Captain(Male candidates preferred)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and confident Restaurant Captain to manage floor operations in our bar hotel. The candidate will be responsible for supervising service staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate restaurant service staff
• Ensure high standards of food and beverage service
• Welcome and attend to guests professionally
• Take orders and ensure timely service delivery
• Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards
• Assist in staff training and shift management

Requirements & Skills:

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Captain or senior waiter preferred
• Good knowledge of food & beverage service and bar operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle customers and work under pressure
• Well-groomed and professional appearance

Salary :

• Monthly Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000
• Other benefits as per company policy
