We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to join our team at Kanthari Restaurant Changanacherry
Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Train and guide the service staff to maintain high service standards.
Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely service.
Handle guest complaints and queries professionally and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
Collaborate with kitchen staff for smooth operations.
Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain or similar role (minimum 3 years)
