Job Description

We are ing for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our wait staff team. As a member of Kaffa Coffee Roasters, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers enjoy their time with us. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and seat customers with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system promptly. Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously. Ensure tables are clean, set, and properly stocked with necessary items. Provide recommendations from the menu when required. Address customer queries and resolve complaints in a professional manner. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Process payments and issue receipts accurately. Uphold health and safety standards, including cleanliness and hygiene. Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and a passion for customer service. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Basic knowledge of food safety regulations is an advantage.
