Applicants should possess some experience in the Food & Beverage Service Department as a Steward/Captain. Proficiency in cafe operations and presentation standards is essential. Strong communication skills for guest and team interactions, using professional language, are required. Consistent application of service and upselling techniques, along with enthusiastic delivery of Food and beverage items, is expected. Working knowledge of MS Excel is an added advantage.
