URGENT HIRING – Restaurant Captain
Location: Hamza Hotel, Shivajinagar (Bangalore)
We are immediately looking for an experienced Captain to join our team.
1. Must have worked in reputed chain restaurants (Empire, Meghana, Mani’s, SS Hyderabad, etc.)
2. Strong knowledge of Biryani, Mughlai & South Indian cuisine
3. 3–5 years experience as Captain/Head Steward
4. Ability to handle fast-paced, high-volume service
