About the role We operate high-volume North Indian multi-cuisine QSRs and an Irani chai café in Bengaluru. We’re looking for a hands-on, field recruiter who can use our internal candidate database + local network to line up same/next-day trials , close offers , and ensure fast joining for BOH & FOH roles. This is not a desk HR job. What you’ll do Make personalised outreach (calls/WhatsApp) to candidates from our database; minimal generic posting. Schedule trials and close hires for: tandoor / wok / biryani / gravies / parotta / tea (Irani chai) , plus captains / stewards / cashiers / cleaners / packers . Negotiate take-home & joining date, share location pins, collect basic joining docs (Aadhaar, bank, address, photo). Run daily field rounds across Shivajinagar/HKP, Frazer Town, RT Nagar, Koramangala, BTM, KR Puram, HSR . Maintain a steady pipeline → trials → offers → joins with early retention checks.
