We are currently hiring a Restaurant Captain who can take charge of floor operations, lead by example, and contribute to a smooth and professional service environment. This is a role with real growth potential for someone looking to build a career in restaurant management. Role Overview As a Restaurant Captain, you will be responsible for supervising service on the floor, managing a small team of service staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Based on your performance, you will be eligible for promotion to Assistant Restaurant Manager , and given preference when a Restaurant Manager position becomes available. Key Responsibilities Supervise floor service operations and guide service staff during shifts. Ensure guest satisfaction through friendly, efficient, and professional service. Manage table allocation, take and relay orders accurately, and ensure timely service. Handle customer queries or complaints calmly and efficiently. Coordinate with the kitchen and billing team for smooth operations. Assist in training new service staff and maintaining service standards. What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of experience in a similar role at a restaurant or hotel. Good communication skills and a professional appearance. Strong understanding of guest service etiquette . Ability to handle pressure during busy hours. A strong desire to learn, take responsibility, and grow into a leadership role.
