Evora Resort & Spa is a 4-star property in Wayanad offering premium hospitality, fine dining, and exceptional guest experiences. We are looking for dedicated and service-minded professionals to join our restaurant team.

Key Responsibilities

For Restaurant Captain:

• Supervise and coordinate restaurant operations.
• Manage and guide the service team for smooth functioning.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle any service-related concerns.
• Coordinate with the kitchen for timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness, service standards, and inventory control.

For Waiters:

• Serve food and beverages professionally and courteously.
• Assist in table setup, clearing, and maintaining restaurant hygiene.
• Ensure prompt and efficient guest service.
• Follow instructions from the captain and support overall operations.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role (preferably in 3-star or 4-star hotels/resorts).
• Communication: Good communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi preferred).
• Personality: Pleasant, disciplined, and guest-focused.
• Qualification: Diploma or certificate in Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Availability: Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Salary & Benefits

• Attractive salary based on experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
